When it's time for apples, the Starbuck Depot is the place to be. Eple Tiden (meaning Apple Time) was introduced in September 1991 and has been around to help usher the autumn season ever since. The event is held annually on the last Saturday of September.

Eple Tiden is a classic fall festival complete with beautiful autumn produce sold by local vendors. The museum buildings are open, and a meal features chili, apple cider, lefse roll-ups, apple pie, and rommegrot. There is musical entertainment as well as performances by elementary students. Eple Tiden is a wonderful way to visit with friends, eat a delicious meal, stock up on fall goodies, and simply enjoy the lovely season.
